After posting in the regular banknote forum, I was made aware of a £10 from the Commonwealth of Australia that I will need for my attractive females on banknotes collection. I am watching a couple of these on Oz ebay, but notice with a lot of the auctions that not many take paypal as a payment or say anything about shipping overseas. Is this common there?

It could be fun if I bid on these, since I am a last minute bidder and these close 12 hours out of my time whence I am usually under me kippers.

It is common in Aussie land not to take paypal. Paypal is a rip off for sellers with little to no seller protection so a lot of seller say no. To add to this paypal has not taken over Australia yet like it has in the USA. Most sellers will ship o/s but if they do not take paypal it can be a hassle for a buyer.

If you need a 10 pounder I am sure I can help you out.
Rest in Peace
