Hi everyone,

Is this a common error?
Is it worth getting certified? Appears to be uncirculated...

thanks

Kinda looks to me like a collar die problem, either it broke or was stuck due to debris. IMO

Fairly common from 1977 to 1981....

Doesn't need to be certified.....what it is, is obvious. Depending on service, certifying could cost up to $100. Probably worth $15 to $30. Nice though.
