This appears to be a Grand Tour souvenir. It's silver and the two pieces have been soldered together. I'm not entirely certain that front and back are cast from the same original.
And as to the original, does such a coin exist or is it a complete fantasy?

Silver. 29 mm without bale. 7.1 gr.

I think it is supposed to be for Severus Alexander from the legend. I think it is a tourist trinket.
