I'll go MS65. I don't see it as a strong 65 but maybe one that squeaked into a gem holder.

Here's the official NGC grade. When I bought this I thought it could easily hit 64. Guess the graders were conservative that day.

I went the wrong way on that one; It looks better than a 63 to me.
