He does, however, have two things in his favour. If you look at all the coins he is selling, this is the ONLY toned one. To me it is a bit of a warning sign when every coin a seller has is garishly toned in unbelievable neon colours. http://search.ebay.com/_W0QQsassZfirststrikeguy Also, his feedback rating is 100%, and he has not mutually withdrawn any negative remarks, nor does he have any neutral ones.
