Looking on Photograde the first looks closer to a F and the second one high VF.

First one Fine details - scratch
Second one could go AU, but the color is a little strange

First one I would grade as a choice Fine. Second, Choice VF/low end EF.

Judging by details on LIBERTY and the hair/ribbon junction:
F-12, around EF-40 (photos sorta flat to see details)

First coin: F details, scratched and cleaned. Is that a die crack behind the first three feathers?

Second coin: VF possible details, toning is a little iffy.
