Effective about 45 seconds before this post Imgur will no longer be allowed as an image host.
To put it bluntly, they are disgusting.
Links and images already posted will not be affected.

The stuff on their front page quite often isn't family-friendly, so I can see why.
It's still a bit disappointing though because they were very quick and easy to use.

Photobucket seems, in my limited experience, to be reasonably fast and easy to use.

Yeah, imgur is enormously useful for the right purposes, but it's among the last sites on the 'Net I'd want my 10yo randomly clicking stuff. Like others have mentioned, I have a Photobucket account which I've used for years to post images here. |

As long as they have a mechanism to take down copyright infringing material and obscene material there was in the letter of the same law that protects this site.
You are certainly within your rights to make a moral judgment as to what sites you do and do not wish to interact with but please don't make this about somebody else's decisions.

I cannot even explain the reasons here for my decision. It's so disgusting that any explanation of it wouldn't be appropriate for here no matter how it's worded.
Anyone that wouldn't agree with this decision, knowing what I know, is sick. Seriously.
