I bought a 1965-1978 run of bu quarters for just started checking them for errors and varieties...

I always hope to find something.. usually dont but I found this one 6 coins into the batch.. I hope I find something else if not I am happy with this little guy...

its not the s/s north in the CPG fs-25-1968s-501

Awesome found that today... It made my day it real pops out and was only about 56 cents came from a lot of 35 bu quarters for under $20

How many 1968 S did you get?

The reverse comes in 4 or 5 varieties. Yours is the most common, but it was only used in that one year for proofs.

Just the one in that set but I got 4 or 5 others.. I didn't pay attention to the reverse... the rpm#2 for 1968-s has rdv#7 I think ll the rpm's have RDV-007?

thx proofart I didnt check any 1968-s for rdv ever....just type 2 1958-1964

I just looked at my pcgs I have it looks like a 1968-S 25c RDV-006. I will post it in a few if I think it is
