The "O" in Monticello is either doubled or filled I am not sure what is going on. Thanks for your input.

That is a die chip from the post that would form the center of the "O" is chipping away. Eventually it will all come off and the center will be filled. Common on the new nickels and not a reason to retire the die. Spendable
