Bicentennial-Dollar-Error?-Variety?

I went to a "coin" shop, and the people didn't even look at it. Probably thought I was stupid. All I want to know is what it is and what it is worth? The one on top is the weird one.

those look like type 1 (top) and type 2 (bottom). Nice find
