1: P mint, zinc, business strike 2: D mint, zinc, business strike 3: S mint, copper, proof 4: P mint, copper, mint set satin 5: D mint, copper, mint set satin
That's a subtotal of 5, muliplied by 4 designs, makes 20 variants.
Now, the way I understand, satin finish was only in mint sets, but ALL forms of collector variants are copper... So, there could be more.
6: P mint, copper, collector roll, non-satin surface 7: D mint, copper, collector roll, non-satin surface
If so, that totals 7 variants x 4 designs, or a total of 28 different 2009 Cents!
Am I right, wrong, missing even more?

Okay. I was under the impression that the law provided for all "collector" variations to be copper, and when you are talking about the collector rolls straight from the mint, it's not like they are bank rolls. Then, IF (big if) they are copper, they should be non-satin, as that was specifically a mint set perk.
Can anyone say FOR CERTAIN that the mint collector rolls were zinc?
