Interesting Kennedy Halves

I've started searching Kennedy half dollars and have come across a couple of interesting copies pieces. I wanted to share them and also see if anybody is interested in them. If not, they'll probably get spent at Dunkin Donut's soon!

Here is one with a '70' counterstamp:

THe 'golf clubs' are actually separate lines with what look like D's at the end. There's also another D between the dates.

Why are these coins "copies"?

He has used the term "copy" to mean "example" not for its meaning of "reproduction of an original.
