Sharing some of my Mint Errors! enjoy
The New Zealand five-cent coin was the lowest denomination coin of the New Zealand dollar from 1990 to 2006. The five-cent coin was introduced when the New Zealand dollar was introduced on 10 July 1967, replacing the New Zealand sixpence coin. On 31 July 2006 it was eliminated as part of a revision of New Zealand's coins, and it was demonetised (no longer legal tender) as of 1 November 2006.

It would be a pricy rarity.
It is also unusual as NZ coins use medal alignment (both the front and back should point the same way). This mule has coin alignment (like US coins) with the front at 180 degrees to the back.

I've never heard of a real mint error two headed or tailed coins. Can you check the side for a casting seam or anything that hints that one side was attached to the other? This is usually the case.
