Trying to find out if this GSA Morgan is a VAM 2. Plus, can I get some grading opinions.

The date position is wrong for VAM-2. It looks more like VAM-3 to me. Do you have a photo of the reverse?

Edit - It's a VAM-3A with the die break on the left wreath. http://www.vamworld.com/1884-CC+VAM-3A

Is it worth more as a VAM-3A, or is that a more common VAM?

Don't quote me on this, but I don't think there is a value added variety for '84 CC.

I agree with 3a. I dont think any 84' CC's caries a premium. I think they are great to try and collect every VAM though.
