The obverse of the 1962 D was from a much used die (late die state = LDS). XF grade.

1974 has some nice, slightly muted luster, shows circulation, at best - AU.

1977 has been used a little. Gash in the field in the obverse definitely hurts the overall grade. Lots of luster with some interesting colors of toning. AU as well.

I don't have a lot of experience with the memorial cents, but here is my opinion...1962D-XF40, 1974-AU50, 1977-MS61
