Its really hard to tell what it is without knowing the size. I suspect its an Ottoman Acke. However with out the metrics ( weight, diametre) that only a guess.

2.6 grams and 7/8ths of one inch from top to bottom and about 1/24th of an inch

you wouldnt happen to have any insight into the symbols or the reason why the number 1206 is on there would you I keep thinking its the date or something
