At least a nickel - I did a quick search when I found one a few months ago and didn't find anything. I neglected to do a deeper dive and since my specimen has a bit of damage, figured on doing that when I found a better specimen.

Nice find nonetheless!

@Rackster, I know, I have found posts all the way back to '03 where people talk about it, but I have never found anything on one ever being sold. I just started hunting but I go through a box or 2 a day and for a few months now and finally found one. Is it that rare? I find buffs and War Nickels here and there but if its that more rare to find why cant anyone ever sell one? I guess we have a very nickel worth 5cents haha.

Hi Scott - I've found 2 although the first is AWOL (I may have released it to the wild before cataloging it). I think you traced the same footsteps of mine; found an old thread or two but as you note, nothing there about value. It may warrant a deeper dive at some point, but I'm guessing nominal value and in that same timespan, I've found 2 1998 WAMs and 3 2000 WAMs. If they are any type of indicator, then a few dollars. Or if the 1969 no initials is approximate, then not more than a couple of dollars. Really difficult to say, but some research might prove to be interesting.
