No way to tell for sure, unless you did the breaking out and submitting. But US Mint sets have a certain look, and this is pretty much what the early pre plastic wrap sets look like. I like it!

Looks nice! My 70s-80s cellophane mint set toners are all an ugly yellow like they got hit with a highliter. .
