$14.

Even in uncirculated condition. Hate to be harsh but these Series 1976 notes are still occasionally found new at banks.

I wouldn't go as far as saying they're worth face, but they won't be worth much more than a few dollars more. 1976 $2 star notes on the other hand can get pricey. Especially the I and J district notes. Even non-star issues from those districts command a premium over the other districts. Unfortunately, F district notes, like your notes are quite common.

individually, they aren't worth much more than face value, but 7 bills in sequence might have a small premium to the right buyer

Stick em on ebay, I sold 2 CU consecutive 1976s for something like $7 or $9 once. Nothing huge, but still over face.

It looks like the center part of the bill is elevated a bit as if it experienced some moisture or is that the holders that are creating the illusion? I'd personally hold onto them not for the value but for the rare find. 1976 bills aren't getting any more common. I used to be able to find notes like that together in pairs but not any more. Only chance of seeing them like that now is if they exit a sock drawer type of situation.

If the $1 bill goes away and the $2 becomes common ( doubtful situation) there will probably be an increase of these showing up now that people realize how common they are, but they will get flushed through circulation rather fast if they are moving all of a sudden. So.....either way.
