Found this to be similar to the DDO listings on CC's but the mint mark seems out of place to identify...MM is not a RPM as I can tell either as in the DDO-001.

Hard to tell if it is hub doubled or damaged. Take an image from another coin exactly the way you took these images so we can see a side by side?

The area under the "B" on LIBERTY looks like a die chip in that area. You can see it a little also on the "I", but is not present under the "E".
