The D is pretty obvious but the S is a little more difficult to identify. thoughts?

Give the "S" mint a bath and see what is under the grime. But looking at the coppercoins RPMs there seem to be a damaged punched issue in that same area. But a check under the grime would help to see what is going on for sure.
