I will guess F-12.
Is that glue residue by the wreath and arrows on the reverse? The color sort of looks like it but I'm not sure.

F-12. The orange stuff on the reverse bothers me. Try acetone?

Thanks for the replies. I'm looking at the coin now, the spots on the back are strange. They almost look like a natural rust/oxidation, or something got spilled on it a long time ago. Should I dip it in acetone? I'm new to this, do I just let it dry afterwards or dry it? I have no idea what I'm doing and don't want to damage it more.
