I don't have my reference books, but from the top of my head I'd say VF25.
Theres something about this cent I like, I just can't put my finger on what it is.

Nice early coronet. Love the color. Nice strike. No major issues.VF35...would fit nicely in my type set

I will go with VF-30 but I would not be surprised if it go VF-35.

 VF30 maybe a VF35, hopefully no details from the old cleaning, though most of the EAC stuff doesn't get dinged as bad as the more modern coins do.
