Isledime New Member Canada 3 Posts	Posted 09/26/2014 3:40 pm I have some rolls of what looks to me like uncirculated 1985 pennies. If there were pointed 5 pennies amongst them, would they be randomly amongst, and is it worth me taking the rolls apart to look, or is part of the value of a roll having it in its original intact paper? The cents in that roll were not stamped out in order, they all fell into a giant bucket and were then rolled. If the first cent is a blunt it dosn't mean they will all be. What I recommend is keeping the best cent for yourself and selling the rest. Since pennies are cheap, terminal and have a bajillian varieties and errors they are my personal favourite set. o-train Pillar of the Community Canada 519 Posts	Posted 09/26/2014 8:31 pm The pointed 5 cents seem to sell really well on ebay. I have searched a ton of small cents and still haven't found one. I will take me a while to go through my rolls; ....my Dad saw the end of the penny coming 30 years ago and decided rolls of pennies were a good investment.
