I have been collecting 1951 canadian commemorative nickels for a while now. It all started when my grand mother gave me one. Any way I have gathered tons of varieties of this year by cherrypicking, any way I am building a completely revised book of this years varieties  if you think you have one weather it be a die clash or doubling etc. Please send me an email with a photo or scan of the coin by using the send an email attach ment found when you click on my name. If you send me the images and permission to use them you will be mentioned in the book for your contributions and receive a free copy of the book but please also post a quick notification on the thread so I know you sent me an email. Feel free to call me Will.

You need to set your preferences to 'receive e-mail.'
Go to 'Edit your profile.' (Found in "My CCF")
Change the 'no' to 'yes' and enter it. (Top of preferences)
"Allow Forum Members
to Send you E-Mail?: "
Easy to do once you know where to look!

He can't send or receive Email because he has lower than 50 posts... He's only been a member for 1.5 days.

So you've already created a book that's is out there? You are just doing an updated "second" edition?
How many varieties are in the first book for a 1951 commemorative?
Can you post a picture of your first book?

I have not created it yet, but I am working on it. It is basically going to be a CherryPickers Guide, well some thing like that any way. It probably won't be much bigger than the first zoell books. Overall it is a work in progress. I hope to complete it by Christmas or so and send each one of you a copy. It is going to have some wicked varieties...just you wait. Feel free to call me Will.

He CAN receive emails, just not send them yet.
I have used this to send my email address to a member and we communicated off board.

Has any one noticed on the commemorative nickel the first 1 on some coins is fatter than others ?

I was planning on maybe sending everyone here a copy of the finished product and posting the finished product on the site. Any way to receive a copy you must either.

Collect canadian coins
Or contribute to the book.
When the book is produced the book will be free and the only charge would be shipping.
Basically I just want to keep them a surprise until I finish the book.
