Can anyone tell me more about this set?
I couldn't find any picture on any site of this set.

These are the relatively common KM589 and KM590.

Several Soviet bloc countries issued packages of coins to delegates at international conferences whether the coin designs related to the conference subject or not.

Some conferences included stamps as well or instead.

My father received 'sets' of coins and stamps when attending conferences in Russia, Poland, Romania, Yugoslavia, Japan, Australia, Italy.

Unfortunately for me, he gave them to charity while I was at university.

Aren't them more rare because of the set?

Officially produced sets in original packing sometimes command a premium over the contents by themselves but that's often not true of modern proof sets.

Indeed, some proof sets seem to sell for more when broken up and sold as individual coins.

For sets that are produced solely for conferences, the packaged sets are probably rare compared with the coins but only worth more if there is a demand for the set as a package.

Philatelic Numismatic Covers and Philatelic Medallic Covers often don't command a premium over the encapsulated coin simply because there aren't so many people collecting both coins and stamps.

I would expect a dealer to charge about USD 27 for it in mint condition.
