Hey, anyone know the denomination and date of the most recently made coin containing some silver meant only for circulation? The most recent one I can think of is 1995

o
M 10 nuevos peso that is bimetallic.

Hard to imagine any silver coins especially in the boom of 1980.

China makes them all the time. Only they are made to look like our old Silver Dollars.
Rest in Peace

just carl, you're too funny! But those fakes aren't meant for circulation -- unless you meant circulating from China to a collector in another country.

Pretty much anyone this side of Mexico stopped producing any silver coins for circulation in the 1970s or earlier (I think the exact date is 1976).
Then Mexico reintroduced bimetallic coins with silver centers (10, 20 and 50 pesos) that did, apparently, continue up to 1995. No idea why.

Supposedly the 100 peso silver-center coins, issued since 2003, are intended for circulation; if so, silver coins are issued for circulation to this day.
Numista disagrees (saying they are a non-circulating issue); it's probably hard to say one way or the other (Wikipedia seemed to go on the "supposed to circulate" side).
