Nordic New Member United States 16 Posts	Posted 09/30/2014 02:06 am Thanks for the info. My biggest concern was total/actual mintage in 1856. I have seen several 57's and 58's, but only two 56's. Is a 56 at good to good+ worth putting money into. I don't pay any attention to pennys and nickels but bought a 20 lb bag at a police auction, with a coin variety, which has now caught my attention. PCGS,NGC,ANACS only. There are many fakes out there and you don't want to shell out 4 figures for a fake coin. There are proofs and business strikes of the 1856 FEC.
