Assuming there's no key dates I would price them on a bit above melt, maybe a bit more for the Barber dimes. The eagle could be around $24

An almost impossible request. Remember that their values are based on dates, mints, condition. If all are in high grades, that is one thing. If all are excessively worn, completely different. A price of any kind would be a horrible thing to try for and a really low price and one rare coin in that mess could change everything. And with the Silver prices dropping the way they have lately, even a price based on Silver would and could be all wrong.

When I buy coins like this, I am guessing this might be a private transaction,
I find out what a LCS would pay for them. That give me a start point.

LCS in my area might pay
$45.40 in 90% - $540.80
ASE $17.50

When I find out what a LCS pays ... I will go up a little or down a little
Depending on the situation.

If the Barber dimes are better than AG/VG then those would have to be looked
at as a coin by coin basis.

Hello,

I would first offer to purchase them at 3% under melt except for the graded MS-69 Eagle coin which would be $ 30 max.

If they reject this offer, counter with the fact that Ag is skidding downwards and you are taking on a risk.

On the other hand if they allow you to inspect them all, compute the additional values over and above your initial offering price based upon rarity and grade.

Then reset your second offer to include the initial offering price plus 60% of the sum of the extra value resulting from your inspection of grades and rarity etc.

IMO,
