I see two fading die scratches around the mint mark area. One through the upper serif NE-SW. The other through the mint mark N-S below the mint mark. The mark below the 6 looks like a coin nick with a fading die scratch almost to the bottom of the digit. The mark below the 9 SW-NE, looks like a contact mark. The mint mark has some machine damaged (Possible ejection damaged) east of the mint mark. A close up of the 19 might be interesting to confirm what is going on there?

Possible lamination that is not laying over the loop of the "9"?

The fading die scratches are more in this pattern. The die had been polished several times with new die scratches added each time. Note the center of the mint mark, the directions are slightly different than the fields as the fields die scratches have flatten out, then re-polished and flattening again. Maybe even more times than I've considered. But it appears to be from a normal die that is aging and going towards a late retirement which was common on the 50's Wheat cent dies.
