If I have a Buy it Now listing, Good Til Cancelled, are they going to charge a listing fee every 30 days?

OK thanks. Looks like I'll have to change tactics. I really miss those free insertion fees for BINs.

Not quite true, you can relist 3 times free,

Cut from ebay

If you set up automatic relisting for your item, you're responsible for the insertion fee for the initial listing for that item. Your item will then be relisted up to 3 times with no additional insertion fee. You may end your automatic relisting early.

That's not for BIN 'Good Til Cancelled' listings. They will rebill insertion fees every 30 days. It might be true for other BIN listings. I'll have to check it out and see if I can list something for 30 days and get 3 free relistings....that would be 120 days without another insertion fee.

This is a cut/paste from ebay

If you set up automatic relisting for your item, you're responsible for the insertion fee for the initial listing for that item. Your item will then be relisted up to 3 times with no additional insertion fee. You may end your automatic relisting early.

So if its not good for a BIN, good until canceled listing, just do a 30 day listing with auto renew, 120 days for 1 fee

Except sometimes they charge an insertion fee for auctions longer than 7 days. I'll have to see how it goes and will report back.

If you think you will likely sell more $500 worth of coins/paper money in a month, you may want to consider opening a store. Your ebay FVF will go down from 10% to 6%. A basic store gives you 150 free listings per month which I think is good for both auctions and BIN listings in all categories.

Good suggestion. I might look into that.
