I am really getting sick of buyers contacting me saying something is wrong with the item they received when the item is exactly as described in the listing. I think this may be a result of people using smart phones to shop and they are just looking at the picture and not scrolling down far enough. Is anyone else noticing this?

When I would sell a raw coin...yes. That is the primary reason I don't mess with uncertified coinage.

I'm sick of people with lousy photos, poor descriptions and what little information they give buried in six pages of boilerplate and philosophy.

You have a choice to stay away from those sellers. I am talking about a listing with a clear picture and an item that is clearly and accurately described and the buyer just are not reading completely or studying the picture enough. I don't know, I just don't get it

I hear ya. Nothing worse than clearly describing/picturing the flaws in an item & then having it returned due to what you pointed out. I sell things besides coins & have run into the same problem.

Our motto is the KISS principle. WE Never have problems with returns! In almost 10000 total transactions .........4 returns.

Keep IT Simple, Stupid. (The "stupid" part is part of the acronym. I am NOT making fun of you or calling you a name)

I have had people make returns for something they should have picked up in my description. Not too many, but it's aggravating when it happens.

It happens from time to time... but if it's happening frequently to you... perhaps the issue is with how you're writing the page...

KISS principle works well... write what you need... be clear... consice..

I once purchased a coin and when I received it was dissapointed as it was slightly bent... I had in the past bought many coins from this one seller.. I wrote them and said I was unhappy... looked at the description and there it was... although I didn't see it the first time.. "coin slightly bent" ... I told the seller never mind about a refund.. I owned up to the mistake (it wasn't a big item just a hole filler anyways).. It happens.. from time to time.. but the better YOU are at writing the description I feel the less frequent you will have complaints about items not as described...returns.

I have only had 4-5 in about 800 transactions in the past 2 years. But, last week I had 2 back to back so I got a little upset at how ridiculous it was. One of them owned up to their mistake and apologized the other has not responded back or left any feedback yet.
