It does seem similar to Empress Elizabeth's monogram (reigned 1741 - 62), but Medieval is right that it doesn't seem to be a coin, no denomination or date
The first one looks to be two E's and 2 C's with a star above center. The reverse looks to be an A surrounded by 2 E's with a cross above center. Could it be a personal gaming/gambling token. As it has the look of the designs of some of the personal chips I have seen, although most were made of clay material. And that has the look of an old metal patina. It could also be some type of Jetton but I know very little about them.
