Yeah, your pics aren't the best but looks EF-40 to me.

EF-40 but look at the doubling of the CA of canada? is it just me?

Thanks for the help! I looked at the CA of canada but there was no doubling. Sure looks like it in the pictures though. :(

Canadian coins are fun to collect because so many of the mintages are low compared to U.S. coins and the prices are more reasonable. They are a good value.
