I found this medal or coin its silver 154.2 grams with all the inscriptions you can see, what is it, and is it worth anything? except the silver in its weight?

Hello, I think this is just a local made medal, cant find any coins or medals like it, I'm guessing its nothing of value, except it has a kgb halmark on it, I might be wrong cos its not clear! I'm hoping one of you can give a clue! Its from Sweden, but it can be from anywhere in Scandinavia. :) Thanks, nicholas G.

Can't fully read it, but on the top picture there is a name at the bottom, something "KCB..." which should be the name of the designer or manufacturer and also the writing on the rim should help.
If you cannot find a result via google, post your reading (or a close up picture) of said signature and the rim.

Inscription around the edge seems to be French? Can't read much of it...

The obverse seems to show clamps or tools of some kind, was he an inventor or founder of some tool company or something? Maybe an award from a business?

First off, welcome.

Well, certainly not a coin, clearly a commemorative medal.

Jöns Jacob Berzelius was a Swedish chemist who pioneered the setting of atomic weights, and discovered the elements cerium, silicon, selenium, and thorium.

Your medal really doesn't look like silver in these photos. Perhaps you could type out the legends as they appear on the edge, as they're awfully hard to read.

I did a quick search and found an award named after him but the medal awarded that I saw looked much older. Not sure if its still awarded or if this is more likely a commemorative medal.
