I have a Japanese piece & I don't know if it's a Medal or a tourist piece or what.

It measures 38mm. I don't have scales to weigh it. It looks like a base metal.

Japanese-Medal?

It is a souvenir from the Kiyomizu-dera Temple in Kyoto, Japan.

Thanks Gary. Clicked on the link you gave & the Temple is spot on with the souvenir piece. Wondered for years what this was.

Even though it's not a coin I'll still keep it with my coin collection. It's still Japanese.

Just realized I put this in the wrong place. I need to pay better attention. It should have gone in the Identification section. Sorry.
