1st one is zinc rot and the second one is Machine damage, no RPMs IMO. I'm not an expert though, i'd wait for coop, john1, or any other the other veterans to confirm

Sometimes you will find a split plating on the inside of the mint mark.

At first glance it looks like a RPM, but looking closer you can see the zinc color under the raised plating.
