Slur.. You kinda got it...
You can have a RADAR... and you can have a repeater... and it's possible that you can have a note that is BOTH a RADAR & repeater..

BUT a RADAR and a REPEATER are two different types of number sequences

I guess I didn't explain it very well for the two-digit repeater and radar. I'll take examples from six-digit serial notes I have. ZJV 353535 is a two-digit repeater. TVO 489984 is a radar.

For numbers having odd serial digits (like the seven-digit serial Canadian polymer posted above), two-digit repeaters are always radars.
