It's an A2 reverse and without close ups it's either VAM-18 or 19.

Look at the last berry on the left inside of the wreath, inside from the T in UNITED. That berry is so strongly doubled with VAM-18 that they actually call it an "extra berry." VAM-19 shows no such doubling there.

Much as I'd like to take credit, that was only generalized advice. I *think* I see the V18 doubling here, but it may only be wishful thinking. That berry is the only significant difference between the two.

I hate to rain on anybody's parade here, but it is a VAM 19.
VAM 18 reverse ALWAYS exhibits prominent doubling of O-F in USOA, which is not the case here.
