I'm not familiar with IHC, so here are my questions;
Oh, and sorry for the small pics, seller's pics.

Reverse:I've never seen a kink like that on the bottom of the N in ONE. Is it significant enough to have Rick make it a SNOW?

Obverse: Is the wear normal like that? It doesn't match up with pcgs' photograde on how it wears down. I would like to see more wear on the feathers before it starts on wearing on liberty.

Obverse has PMD on the head, neck and in the feathers. I'd stay away from it.

I don't see anything that would point to a Snow variety, but I do agree that there are heavy scratches ( PMD) on the obverse. And as you stated, the wear on the obverse is very uneven. I would stay away from this coin.
