No clue how to grade these, but very neat looking coin. If someone forced me to guess a grade it would be xf40, but that is a complete guess.

Hibernia coppers were struck fairly decent so the wear vs. actual strike really wasn't an issue with this coinage.

I'm at VF30.

That is a fantastic coin Jerry! Thanks for sharing:) I referenced my variety out of my Bower's (Whitman) book. I got luckey because my variety is one pictured in the book. Although I am a huge fan of the book it does not have your variety listed...or I am not finding it. I think the Martin book may be needed to ID yours. BTW, cool die break!

Thanks for your replies!:) I give it an XF40. I believe that the strike is a bit week on the high parts of the devices.

NGC gave it an XF45.

I kinda though the strike was weak as well which is why my inexperienced guess of XF40 came from. Apparently using my knowledge of grading other coins has paid off for grading this one as me and you agree on grade.
