Really weird thing surrounding the bottom right corner. It is raised and in the hole of the D I think you can see some other D's. Any Ideas?

That is from the plating being split. This happens a lot on the Zincolns. The plating gets split, air reaches the zinc and starts deteriorating. First raising, then falls inward. Just part of the problem with these during the 1982-89 cents. Seems to not be seen as often on the 1990 forward cents. Very common.

It is not a gas bubble. It is the zinc swelling under the plating.

Pictures do save thousands of words. Most of the time seeing something is a lot better than reading about it.
