On a whim I sent to CAC. I doubt they ever have or ever will put a sticker on a PF69* Franklin since there are no PF70 in the entire series (PCGS and NGC combined). But what the heck. CAC said -- sorry no bean for you sir!
I wonder how much laughter I would get at NGC for them to reconsider the grade.

They put the star there because they will never ever grade a Franky 70. doesn't matter if it is or not.
