Can someone please provide me with contact info for ICCS? I am looking to submit some Canadian coins for grading to them.

The only phone # for them I could find was 416-488-8620 which does not work as I could tell.

It is amazing how they seem to be making it so difficult for me to give them my business. Maybe they are actually trying to keep a low profile

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.

I have an ICCS form, same phone number. Do you have their fax number? 416-488-6371? Fax them and write, "Hey, answer yer phone!."

No web site, don't answer their phone... how do they do any business at all?

Call between 8am to 2pm and you'll get an answer.

Better results calling at 8am.

Wow, that is strange. They don't even have a company voice mail letting you know you've reached the right place, it is just a standard message and I've left messages that have been unreturned.

I will try again at a better time or use the fax, thank you.

They are pretty easy to get a hold of the phone works quite well and scott and brian are always available. You must have phoned someone else on a sunday nite or something.

That's a pretty backward way of running a business if you ask me. It should be convenient for the customer to get ahold of them, not a hassle.

If it was on monday that you phoned them it was a holiday (Thanksgiving Day) here in Canada and I am sure they would be closed.
If you leave a message they have always returned mine within a day or two.
You also have to call before 2:00 like double mentioned.
Never have had any issues with contacting ICCS and always have received good service.

Try to phone in and I'm pretty sure someone will answer the phone. They send out forms for free and they charge no membership. I have a copy of their form, so if you really can't get in touch with them, I can probably send you the form over email.

They do it by offering consistent and reliable grading of Canadian coins at a very reasonable rate. I wish I had more coins to send to them. I just phoned the Bank of Nova Scotia, and spent 10 minutes in their annoying voicemail heck talking to a machine. There's a billion dollar company for ya. I've never had a problem contacting ICCS, but I'm also sure they would rather be grading coins, then being interrupted constantly, by callers, no offense. So it makes sense they limit the hours they are available by phone. The alternative is to begin staffing for overhead to answer your calls, and that flows down to the cost of grading.....That's why PCGS is so much more expensive. Do you really think that hard plastic case and process costs another $25 (or whatever) a coin?

I've been in the ICCS office many times when they have answered the phone.
Because they are a 2 man operation, the callers know they are talking directly to the grader and they are constantly bombarded with annoying questions explaining their grade of the coin.
As a grader myself (diamond grader for 25 years) I certainly would not want to receive phone calls explaining my reasoning for a particular grade I placed on a diamond (or coin).
Think of the panic at PCGS if we could call and speak to the graders there!

2 man operation---amazing that people can do business with them at all--I hope they do not get the flu! This is why they still only deal with flips.
