Hi all, it has been quite a while since I last posted anything here. This is my Liberty Seated half dime type set. It is not your average set. Some pictures are not the best but, they are what I have for now.

I am considering adding an 1860-O, the only year the New Orleans Mint struck a Legend Obverse Half Dime and a Below Wreath San Francisco Mint example.

wow, what an awesome type set and some real beauties for an advanced collection. The mottling on the 1854 and 1857 are incredible and offer a real glimpse at what advanced collectors look for in eye appeal versus just blast white sliders in AU graded coins. Really nice. Thanks for sharing.

Really nice type set. My favorite is the 1837 No Stars.
Great collection!

Nice coins.
The design of the SL coins has long appealed to me but except to fill in the holes in my type set I've never gotten into them.
As I've said elsewhere I don't care for long set since at my age I'd never get them finished, even discounting the rare keys.

Same with the Barber sets.

Thanks to all for your comments.

Kanga, as you are I am at an age where I would not have the time to complete any of the individual series'. I may not even have enough time to finish all of the type sets for all of the denominations.
