I would always be on the lookout for a 1982 no P. The dime was produced without the Philadelphia mint mark. I would keep my eye out for any errors.

Although it is rare, but Proof and Silver Proof dimes have turned up in circulation.

If you're interested in collecting Uncirculated sets, the 1996 set included a 50th anniversary Roosevelt dime. This dime was produced at the West Point Mint. Its the only time the West Point mint produced and placed its mint mark on a dime. If someone opened up an uncirculated set and spent the coins, then its possible to find one in circulation.
