I know it's worthless, but it is the first coin I ever "collected." I received it from my father when I was 6 or 7, around 1970.

The obverse has the date 1813 and reads "XXXXXXXWorks" and has an image of what appears to be a factory.

The reverse reads "One Pound Note for 240 Takens" and "One Penny Token"

It is about an inch across and appears to be solid copper. The edges of the coin are reeded.

I assume (because of the use of the word "Pound" that is British.

Here are the pictures:

Any help would be greatly appreciated, especially if you have a picture of the token in decent shape.

You'd do some funny things if you were around that much lead too.
