Probably Machine Doubling on the date. But, I haven't seen it that strong before! Kind of cool to look at

Yes it looks like Machine Doubling to me, I also see that it has a die chip in the bottom loop on the "B" in liberty. Your coins date looks similar to one I have just the damage was in a little different position.

I like those. Sort of makes me feel I had to much to drink. Just in case your curious, those would sell for several dollars at a coin show. That second one would go for even more.

They shouldn't sell at a coin show unless a dealer is trying to make money off an uneducated buyer. If a dealer is selling mechanically doubled stuff for a premium, I would steer clear of that dealer.
