Hey ladies & gents... In regards to BU, PL, and Specimen finishes, is there much difference in their value? I have a collection of quarters and halves. Some are BU, PL, and Specimen. I often wonder if I should be just doing business strikes rather than PL and Specimen? I know PL and Specimen aren't circulating coins but they sure do look nice. Anyways can one call a set of quarters "complete" if there are different finishes and not all the same? I know there are some NCLT issues but I am not talking about those. Thoughts?

Personally, I am fine calling a date cent of bussinnes strikes "complete".
I also try to add all the major viarites.
If it wasn't ment to assist in commerce I am hesitant to see it as a coin.
You said you like how they look and collecting is personal so I say add them.
