That's pretty cool! I haven't seen any info on these and I don't find it in the Red Book. Did this D over D really occur or was this caused by something else? Would like to learn more about it.
It looks like a machine damage mint mark. Note how flat the lower area is on the west side of the mint mark? Note how reduced the right side of the mint mark is. Not a RPM. Sorry
